Inspiring & Educating the 21st Century Workforce

Since its founding in 1992, the Foundation of the Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce has developed programs that focus on workplace wellness, leadership and skills development, and career exploration. As a 501(c)3 charitable organization and subsidiary of the Chamber, the Foundation is intimately tied to the priorities of the Chamber and its members, while remaining laser-focused on programming which inspires the 21st-century workforce and strengthens the bridge between business, industry, and education.
