Meet the Team

Our organization is comprised of dedicated and passionate staff and volunteer board members from our area school districts, industry, and nonprofit leaders.

Foundation Staff

Chris Berleth
Acting Director

Chris joined The Foundation in August 2022, and immediately began to serve in a support capacity for Leadership Central Penn and youth programs.  Prior to joining the Foundation and the Chamber, Chris served as Executive Director of Leadership Susquehanna Valley for six years in his capacity as Executive Director of Membership and Leadership at the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber in Shamokin Dam, PA. A father of two young children, Chris is passionate about assisting educators and parents in providing critical assets to improve student performance, connect them with local industries, and develop a culture and population that supports our region, making the Columbia and Montour Counties a better place to live, work, and play. Chris is a 2023 graduate of the US Chamber of Commerce Business Leads Fellowship, a 2015 graduate of Leadership Susquehanna Valley, and holds a B.A. in Political Science and French from Gettysburg College.  He can be reached at foundation@columbiamontourchamber.com.
