The Chamber team helps you plan every detail, from scheduling and promotion to day-of coordination, so your event fully reflects your goals.

Step 1: Fill out the request form

Our Ribbon Cutting Request Form helps us tailor each event to your unique goals. By filling it out, you can share what matters most to your business, such as community engagement, media exposure, or event attendance. The information you provide allows us to plan a celebration that aligns with your vision and highlights your milestone in the best possible way.

Step 2: Schedule a Call

Scheduling a planning call helps ensure your ribbon cutting reflects your goals and vision. During this conversation, we will review the information you shared in the Ribbon Cutting Request Form and use the provided discussion questions to guide our conversation. This helps us better understand your priorities, clarify event details, and plan a celebration that fits your business perfectly.

Step 3: Finalize the Details

During the call, we will finalize your event details, select your ribbon cutting package, confirm the date and time, and discuss any specific needs for your celebration. Members may choose between the Classic Ribbon Cutting, included with membership, or the Premium option, which offers enhanced media and promotional features. While the Chamber strives to accommodate preferred dates and times, scheduling depends on staff availability and prior commitments. To ensure a well-coordinated, high-quality event, we ask for at least four weeks’ notice before your requested date.
