This dynamic professional development initiative, facilitated by The Foundation of the Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce, brings together a diverse group of professionals from across Columbia and Montour Counties. Participants engage in a nine-month journey designed to strengthen leadership skills, foster civic engagement, and deepen industry knowledge.
The program runs from September 2025 through May 2026, meeting on the third Thursday of each month. Sessions focus on hands-on leadership training, local and regional economic development, and opportunities to engage with influential community and industry leaders.
