Lenora A. Edwards, MS, is a nationally recognized TEDx speaker, author, trauma-informed educator, and emotional wellness expert who has released her debut book. “Food, Feelings & Freedom: The Be Free Guide to End Emotional Eating”. This book is grounded in a compassionate roadmap for anyone silently battling their body, emotions, or relationship with food to feel whole again. Lenora is the creator of The BEFREE Method. The Ronald McDonald House of Danville is home to families with children receiving medical care at local hospitals. The House has a fully-stocked kitchen and provides meals for families staying at the House. New Growing Greener Grants Available for Local Environmental Projects
This week, the PA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) announced the opening of a new application round for the Growing Greener Plus Grant Program.

Senator Lynda Culver Announces Opportunity for Veterans to Serve on State Commission
Applications are currently being accepted for a Veteran Member-at-Large position on the State Veterans Commission for a four-year term beginning this July (July 27, 2025 – July 27, 2029).
