Ed Edwards
President
Ed has been with the Chamber since 1979. He has a degree in Secondary Education
from Bloomsburg University, and graduated from the Institute for
Organizational Management sponsored by the United States Chamber of Commerce.
He is a past president of the Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce Executives, and
served two terms on the board of directors. For his service, he received
the Keystone Award for Outstanding Service by a Chamber of Commerce Executive
in 2003. Ed manages the Community and
Economic Development Division and the Finance, Administration and Government
Affairs Division of The Chamber. He also serves as President of the
Columbia
Alliance for Economic Growth, the area's lead economic development
organization.

Christine DeMelfi
Vice President
Christine joined the Chamber in November 2006. In her position with the
Chamber she is responsible for marketing Chamber programs and products.
She also is responsible for communication between the Chamber, its
constituencies and the community. Christine also handles the
marketing and event planning for the Chamber. Christine is a graduate of
Bloomsburg University with a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and is
currently pursuing her master's degree in Organizational Management from

Donna Kreisher
Office Manager
Donna has been with the Chamber since July, 2001. Donna has many years of experience in
office management and handles the billing and accounting for the Chamber.

Eleanor Stokley
Secretary
Eleanor has been with the Chamber since January, 1998. She serves as receptionist and handles all of the inquiries for information about the area.
Eleanor is the person to contact if you want to sign up for an event or need
information about Columbia or Montour County.

Downtown Bloomsburg Inc. Manager
Barbara began in May, 2006 as the paid staff of the new organization
created by the Chamber to focus on the revitalization of Downtown Bloomsburg.
Her responsibilities include working with the Board of Directors to ensure the
sustainability of the program and addressing the four major areas of downtown
revitalization as outlined by the National Trust for Historic Preservation by
working with committees of dedicated volunteers. Heintz has experience
in marketing, project management, and market research. Since moving to the
area in 1996, she developed an interest in historic preservation and took it
upon herself to attend several statewide workshops and conferences focused on
downtown revitalization. Through these events, she developed an understanding
of the different components of an effective downtown program.
